The Mix
The Mix is a 45 minute full body workout followed by 15 minutes of stretching and mobility. Each week is different to incorporate bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, yoga balls, barbells, and bosu balls. We do large amounts of bodyweight excercises and get in plenty of core work. Classes for The Mix are $10 per class and it is an extremely welcoming class ranging in age and ability. Saun always makes sure to create scaled options for physical limitations while keeping it equally challenging.

Self-Lead Classes
SMAC also offers classes that are free of charge and available for members throughout the day.

Choose from over a dozen live classes daily, and thousands of on-demand classes. All you need are your Bluetooth earbuds, and you are ready to ride.
Echelon Reflect Mirrors
Choose from thousands of live and on-demand classes: cardio, strength, yoga, boxing, pilates, barre, zumba, and more. All you need are your Bluetooth earbuds, and you are ready to workout.
Ladies Only Fitness Room
If your preference is to work out without the guys, we have the space for you. All day and at any time, you can go to the “ladies only” room where you will get a complete cardio and strength-training workout in just 30 minutes. The circuit consists of resistance machines (no free-weights to deal with) that target every major muscle group, two muscles at a time.
