The Mix
The Mix is a 45-minute full-body workout followed by 15 minutes of stretching and mobility. Each week varies with equipment like bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, yoga balls, barbells, and Bosu balls. We focus on bodyweight exercises and core work. Classes are $10, open to all ages and abilities, and very welcoming. Saun offers scaled options for physical limitations while keeping the workout challenging.
